1. Product Quality & Availability
We take pride in offering high-quality building materials, tools, and equipment.
All products are subject to availability. In case an item is out of stock, we will inform you and offer an alternative or a refund.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept multiple card by online payments only.
Full payment must be made before dispatching any order.
3. Order Processing & Delivery
Estimated delivery time is mentioned on each product page.
If the estimated delivery is 1-3 days, you will receive your product within 3 days.
If you choose store pickup, your product will be ready within 2 days.
If the estimated delivery is 5 days or more, the product will be shipped directly by our authorized seller and cannot be picked up from the store.
4. Shipping & Pickup Policy
Store Pickup: Free of charge, available within 2 days.
Home Delivery:
Minimum charge of AED 10 for 1kg.
Additional AED 4 per extra 1 kg.
Changing Your Shipping Method:
If you initially select pickup but later choose home delivery, delivery charges will apply. see Shipping Policy for details.
5. Return Exchange & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return & exchange policy from the date of purchase.
Goods must not be used under any circumstances and must be returned in original packaging.
If you wish to exchange an item, it must be unused and returned within 7 days.
If returning an online order, a courier charge of AED 22 will be deducted from the refund amount. see Refund & Return Policy for details
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
7. Warranty & Liability
Warranty (if applicable) is provided as per the manufacturer’s terms.
We are not liable for damages due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by UAE laws. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
