1. Delivery & Pickup Options
📦 Standard Delivery
The estimated delivery time is mentioned on each product page.
If the product’s estimated delivery time is 1-3 days, you will receive your order within 3 days.
If the product’s estimated delivery time is 5 days or more, it will be shipped directly by our authorized seller and cannot be picked up from our store.
🏬 Store Pickup (FREE)
If you choose pickup from our store, your order will be ready within 2 days for collection.
Please ensure you select the correct option at checkout.
2. Shipping Charges
Store Pickup: Free of charge.
Home Delivery: Charges depend on weight and distance:
Minimum AED 10 for 1kg
AED 4 for each additional 1 kg
3. Changing Your Shipping Preference
If you initially select store pickup but later decide on home delivery, a minimum charge of AED 14 will apply for up to 500 grams.
Additional charges will be calculated based on weight (AED 5 per extra kg).
4. Important Notes
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We ensure timely delivery, but unexpected delays may occur due to external factors.
