1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return & refund policy from the date of purchase.
Goods must not be used under any circumstances and must be returned in original packaging.
Important note: If the estimated delivery time on the product page indicates more than 7 days, the item is being shipped from an international location. In such cases, returns and refunds are not eligible. Kindly consider this before completing your purchase
2. Returns for Store Pickup Orders
If you picked up your order from our store, you can exchange the item within 7 days if it is unused.
Exchanges must be for a product of equal or lower value. If the exchanged item is of a lower price, no refund will be provided for the difference.
Refunds are not allowed for store pickup orders.
3. Returns for Online Orders
If you purchased an item online, you can request a return and refund within 7 days.
We will arrange the pickup of the item, and a courier charge of AED 22 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges are not allowed for online purchases.
4. Important Conditions
✅ The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. ✅ Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. ✅ Shipping fees are non-refundable. ✅ Custom or special orders cannot be returned or refunded.
5. How to Request a Return
Contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase.
Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
For online orders, we will arrange for the product pickup and process the refund after inspection.
